The Role

The Finance VP will report to the VP of Wealth Central Finance, leading the decision support team, financial architecture and profitability team, and playing a leadership role in multiple strategic initiatives. The decision support and analytics team lead analytics, insight, and governance for strategic initiatives. The financial architecture team is responsible for LOB and customer profitability for Retail and driving finance modernization. This role will partner closely with the Wealth Finance SLT, members of the Wealth SLT, and cross business unit finance teams. You will deliver strategic insights and analysis to advise decision making, measure and evaluate business performance, provide leadership on key initiatives, and lead and coach the team.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent and 15+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 12+ years of experience
  • Experience building and leading finance teams in support of financial and strategic processes and initiatives with proven business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong ability to effectively influence others and build relationships
  • Unmatched organizational and prioritization skills ability to coordinate, think and act decisively and with a broad perspective
