Greetings


One of our direct client is looking for Sr. UI Developer in Rutherford NJ OR Irving TX. This is hybrid role (3 days onsite in a week). Please find below job description.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex applications using Java/JEE, RDBMS, Unix, Ext JS, Angular JS, Spring, and Web Services.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Apply design patterns and OO methodologies to ensure the creation of high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Develop and maintain detailed application documentation and UML diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their technical growth.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application of best practices.
  • Ensure disciplined adherence to SDLC processes and development planning.


Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of overall development experience (SDLC/SRLC).
  • Strong hands-on experience in application design and development using Java/JEE, RDBMS, Unix, Ext JS, Angular JS, Spring, and Web Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute on complex projects with a strong design and execution mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of design patterns and OO methodologies.
  • Proficiency in UML and a thorough understanding of SDLC processes.
  • Excellent coding and design skills, with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Self-starter with a passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong orientation towards disciplined development and planning processes.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
