We’re on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join a prominent power engineering consultancy serving clients nationwide as a Project Engineer in their Denver office.


As a Project Engineer you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects, playing a vital role in the planning and execution process. Your responsibilities will include electrical and physical drafting and design for a variety of substations, ranging from 4 kV to 500 kV.


In addition to your design duties, you’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and providing guidance and mentorship to our design team. You’ll ensure project quality and efficiency, overseeing a range of specialists from various disciplines including Distribution Studies, Transmission Studies, Civil Engineering, and more.


To qualify for this role, you should hold:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • PE license (preferred)
  • At least 6 years of project and design engineering experience, or a combination of education and experience that meets our standards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
