SuperOrdinary is seeking a Full-Time, Commerce Manager. This position will work with the Senior Commerce Manager and VP of TikTok Operations to establish a solid foundation for clients to build their TikTok Shop business.


With a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving social commerce landscape, SuperOrdinary has a proven track record of successfully growing brands on TikTok Shop and other social commerce marketplaces. Fusing creativity with technology, SuperOrdinary is harnessing the power of livestreaming to create engaging shopping experiences that seamlessly integrate e-commerce and entertainment.


Job Description


The Commerce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop Seller Center and other related platforms, driving our online sales strategy and overseeing all aspects of our online store's performance. Candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online customer experience, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. Candidate will be required to handle most parts of TikTok Seller Center, which includes but not limited to,


Candidates that excel in this role will be self-starters, quick learners, detail-oriented, and well-organized.


Job Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop Seller Center across multiple accounts
  • Optimizing operational efficiency and driving sales revenue
  • Management of product listings, merchandising setup, platform integrations, inventory and fulfillment, logistic tracking, and customer support.


Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, etc.
  • Good understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented and a natural curiosity for new things

  • Starting at $20/hour
