Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Director level product manager with a strong background in fintech and payments, particularly in ledgering/accounts, ACH, Wire, and RTP payment methods. The ideal candidate will have experience working in early-stage companies, demonstrating a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Partner with leadership on the development of our product strategy and vision for our payment products, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, revenue, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the payments space.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating their needs into actionable product requirements and features.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all payment products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of security and trust.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in fintech and payments. Experience in early-stage companies is highly preferred.
  • Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of money movement, specifically ACH, Wire, and RTP payment methods.
  • Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
