Primary Services is actively recruiting for an Inventory Analyst to support our client in the renewable energy sector. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing inventory management across wind and solar plants nationwide. This dynamic position requires expertise in ERP systems, data management, and collaboration with procurement and operational teams to support sustainable energy solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Material Master data within the current ERP system.
  • Continuously improve best practices for Material Master data maintenance and monitoring.
  • Partner with site teams to enhance inventory and replenishment strategies for optimal efficiency.
  • Conduct Material Master data clean-up and improvement projects, focusing on standardization and duplication reduction.
  • Collaborate with IT and inventory teams to manage and update master data within the ERP system.
  • Propose and implement updates to SAP Material Master data, including creation, modification, and deactivation.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure alignment between inventory levels and revenue.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for improved inventory management and replenishment strategies.
  • Maintain KPI reporting to track inventory performance, including shortages and market value updates.
  • Provide training and support for new site onboarding, ensuring effective material setup and system integration.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of one year of inventory experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management best practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Understanding of warehouse organization techniques, such as kanban and inventory control.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of interfacing with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accountable.
  • Experience with SAP4 Hana and Ariba is preferred but not required.
