Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities for military administrative facilities. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within the established timelines, keeping the facilities in peak condition.
  • Space Management: Manage and coordinate physical space moves within the facilities, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Your expertise will ensure that spaces are always optimized for mission-critical activities.
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with contractors and vendors. Manage service agreements, schedule maintenance activities, and ensure that all work complies with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of operational integrity.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Proactively address any issues to maintain a safe and productive environment.
  • Equipment Custodian Support: Provide equipment custodian support in compliance with Air Force Instructions and local policies. Ensure that all equipment is properly managed, accounted for, and maintained, integrating this responsibility with your other facility management tasks.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, space moves, facility changes, and equipment management. Ensure that documentation is easily accessible and complies with all regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and personnel to coordinate facility-related activities. Support the overall mission of the 950th SWG by ensuring that all facilities are fully operational and aligned with mission objectives.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High school diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of experience. 

Secret Security clearance.

Proven experience in facilities management, particularly within a military or government setting. 

Desired Skills:

Additional technical training or certifications in facilities management is a plus.

Experience with equipment custodian duties is a plus.
