  • Analyze production data to identify and address non-conformities and ensure compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence and leverage new technologies to maintain industry leadership.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and finances, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Understand and manage the plant's P&L, assist in budget development, and meet financial reporting deadlines.
  • Direct audits and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting career growth and succession planning.
  • Ensure safe working conditions in line with regulations.
  • Adhere to best practices in manufacturing, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Manage union relations, support contract negotiations, and collaborate effectively with union representatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, food science, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years in manufacturing, ideally in the food or beverage sector.
  • Proven record of achieving quality, safety, and cost targets.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, including performance management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
