What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a competent Billing Specialist responsible for completing the billing process for customers. You also will work with the customer service and contracts departments to resolve discrepancies.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Review all customer orders to be processed
• Verify pricing & freight terms
• Verify UPS/FedEx/Courier tracking information
• Accurately billing customer orders
• Work with customer service and contracts departments regarding any discrepancies
• Generate invoices within 48 hours

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Strong communication, organization & analytical skills
• Results-driven and patient
• Dependable & flexible
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• High School Diploma/GED
