DSW Homes, LLC is seeking an experienced, reliable and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to augment our growing company. The Construction Project Manager reports to the Program Manager. Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, proficient in communication skills with timely follow up, uphold high value for customer service relationships and exemplify integrity, passion, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing new construction activities over a multi-family residential unit located in North Houston. This role requires strong attention to detail and complete confidentiality.


Essential Functions including but not limited to:


  • Supervise the new construction of multi-family residential units from site development to vertical construction
  • Maintain aggressive schedules on a daily basis
  • Manage budgets for each project and generate progress reports
  • Promote and ensure job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately
  • Supervise completion of punch list
  • Perform quality control inspections
  • Read and interpret engineered plans
  • Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist with permit applications and inspections
  • Assist Production Manager with any other related duties as assigned


Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Required minimum 5 years experience in multi-family residential construction
  • Required experience with multi-family residential construction site development through to vertical construction
  • College education in Construction Management is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and directions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
