Strategy and Analytics Analyst

As a Strategy and Analytics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing strategies for our casino properties and corporate initiatives. You will leverage your analytical skills to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and support the development of effective marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Contributes to the development of strategic plans for building the company's brand and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Data Partnership: Collaborates with casino properties and corporate marketing to define reporting requirements and metrics for analyzing program trends and performance.
- Data Compilation: Collects data from operating systems for marketing research and reporting purposes.
- Guest Insights: Assists with implementing guest-facing solutions to monitor data from sources such as customer feedback, social media, and the company's website.
- Internal Data Monitoring: Supports the use of internal systems to monitor data related to casino operations, hotel systems, and other relevant areas.
- Analytics Expertise: Stays updated on the latest analytics strategies, reporting software, and measurement techniques.
- Trend Identification: Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities, and provides support for developing strategic solutions.
- Project Management: Manages multiple projects without direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, statistics, data analysis, or a related field
- 5 years of experience developing and managing complex integrated marketing and communications programs
- Advanced knowledge of applications for aggregating and analyzing large data sets
- Working knowledge of reporting software
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage a social media calendar
