Job Title: Junior Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of software solutions to meet business data requirements. The primary focus will be on supporting the development and maintenance of the Provider Network Management application within Salesforce Health Cloud. Additionally, the Junior Salesforce Developer will assist in the setup and administration of the configuration and development platform within Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development of software solutions to support business data requirements.
  2. Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Provider Network Management application within Salesforce Health Cloud.
  3. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of the development platform in an administrative capacity for Salesforce Health Cloud.
  4. Collaborate on the development and integration of Salesforce and Mulesoft solutions.
  5. Provide support to the Salesforce product support team to address functional defects and system vulnerabilities.
  6. Assist in the design and execution of data migration solutions to Salesforce Health Cloud.
  7. Contribute to the development of integration and data migration solutions to various platforms, including GCP, AWS, and hybrid on-premises platforms.
  8. Assist in defining and documenting technical requirements using Azure DevOps.
  9. Contribute to ensuring compliance with security practices throughout the DevOps process and adhere to security best practices in all code development.
  10. Participate in on-call support duties and daily scrum meetings.
  11. Support the creation and maintenance of design and technical documentation, including architecture diagrams.
  12. Participate in technical architecture reviews to validate solutions' conformance to customer and system requirements.
  13. Collaborate with Application Architects and Database Administrators to support full-stack solutions integrating front-end content management systems, applications, and backend database systems or APIs.
  14. Support the development of OmniStudio solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  15. Assist in the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs.
  16. Contribute to producing comprehensive system documentation, including technical requirements, user stories, and technical diagrams.
  17. Support application testing, performance testing, and production implementation as required.
  18. Collaborate with other team members and provide assistance as needed.
  19. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and standards.
  20. Collaborate with customer teams to understand business rules and systems integrating with Salesforce.
  21. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Some experience (3 years) in Salesforce development, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  3. Basic proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments, including administration and development.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce integration concepts, particularly with Mulesoft, is a plus.
  5. Understanding of data migration processes and tools, especially to Salesforce Health Cloud, is desirable.
  6. Basic understanding of RESTful API development principles.
  7. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is beneficial, with a willingness to learn.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
