This Laboratory Technician position is in a group that provides monoclonal antibodies, recombinant and native proteins to support reagent manufacturing for in-vitro diagnostics. The Lab Tech will perform various activities to support manufacturing.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or related discipline or equivalent industry experience Strong background in biology or biochemistry and proven good laboratory skills Must have excellent Lab Technician experience maintaining cell lines in manufacturing environment Excellent aseptic technique and experience maintaining mammalian cell lines Industrial experience and knowledge of GMP/ISO is a plus The successful candidate will be good at time management, possess well developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated attention to detailLab Tech Responsibilities include:
Maintain cell culture lines, execute protocols, and support manufacturing of materials Produce and maintain records, on-time completion of documents, and comply with requirements of GMP/GLP Communicate process and equipment problems and troubles hoot with guidance Participate in meetings, work independently and in a team Regular monitoring and cleaning of lab equipment and lab spaces- **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
