Join a dynamic team at a AmLaw Top 100 ranked firm, currently seeking a talented Litigation associate to join their Commercial Litigation group in their Dallas, Texas office. They proudly offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial work environment.



About the practice group:

You’ll be joining a team with over 80 commercial litigation attorneys that advise their clients on litigation matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and class actions and we represent public and private entities of all sizes. Their litigation practice and litigators have earned national and regional recognition from leading publications, including Chambers USA, Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers.



Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in complex litigation including: managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances
  • High level of academic achievement
  • Solid law firm experience
  • Superb writing and communication skills
  • Currently licensed to practice law in Texas
  • JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
