🔎 What are they looking for?

My client is currently seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team. The firm represents Fortune 100 companies, publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, investors, banks, business owners, startups, and individuals in state and federal courts throughout Texas and the United States. Their attorneys are extremely skilled in pursuing and defending claims arising out of business operations, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duties, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of restrictive covenants, trademark infringement, and more.


📕 Responsibilities

  • Represent defendants and plaintiffs in complex commercial litigation and business disputes.
  • Resolving complex commercial matters, including trade secrets, contractual obligations, regulatory obligations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Representing clients in state and federal courts in high-stakes litigation, including securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, misappropriation of trade secrets, and complex contractual disputes.


👓 Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience within Commercial Litigation
  • J.D. Degree
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the state bar associate
  • Experience working on large cases that have the ability/interest to manage those types of cases with the goal of growing into a partner role at the firm.
