Role Description

This is a full-time Attorney role at Elder Brinkman Law. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including conducting research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being in the office in Dearborn, MI, but with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in handling business, personal injury, med Mal, auto, civil rights, police brutality and/or healthcare law cases is preferred
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school
