Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Litigation Paralegal. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, pleadings, motions, and providing support to the attorneys in the firm. Responsibility of writing mediation summaries, discovery waives, complaints, initial disclosures, motions and responses, along with basic court forms such as summons, proof of services, etc. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications
- Legal document preparation, document review, and legal research skills
- Experience in drafting pleadings and motions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal software and technology
- Paralegal certification or degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
- Prior experience in litigation is required (5 years)
