Job Description: 
  • As a Digital Experience Associate Contractor,  you will play a supportive role in enhancing our digital product ecosystem.
  • Your focus will be on assisting the global team by leveraging data analysis, gathering requirements, and conducting user-centric research.
  • You will extract insights and apply these learnings to help iterate and improve upon digital products throughout the innovation cycle.
  • Working under the guidance of the global DX Manager, you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the global organization.
  • Your role will be crucial in ensuring our digital offerings align with both business objectives and user expectations.
Responsibilities :
  • Supporting the Digital Experience team by collaborating with cross-functional product teams, developers, designers, and business partners to assess regional and market needs, deliver value, and contributing to a variety of products across the company.
  • Understanding and advocating for customer needs to help determine the minimum viable product (MVP) and future needs, while empathizing with and understanding user needs.
  • Monitoring research and the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class.
  • Supporting the formulation, testing, and refining of assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing, creating and prioritizing features for design and development.
  • Documenting, reviewing, and ensuring that all quality and change control standards are met, creating, documenting, and posting product artifacts to centralized repositories.
  • Working with the Digital Experience team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and determine next steps.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Figma
  • Analytics software such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Confluence or Google Docs
  • Understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Ability to empathize with users and incorporate user feedback into product decisions
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams across a global organization (e.g., IT, design, marketing)
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle product-related challenges
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying product visions and decisions to different stakeholders
