Job Title: Varicent ICM Consultant

Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 6-8 Yrs

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of commissions domain.
• At least five years’ experience working in Varicent ICM implementation, support and design projects.
• Hand-on experience in Varicent ICM V10
• Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology
• Needs to have experience in scoping of projects and needs to be strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements.
• Handle customer escalations promptly
• Working experience in the following areas:
• Researched Compensation plan changes and sales inquiries.
• Created and modeled compensation plans.
• Managed account changes or movements
• Tracked and approved Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales bonuses.
• Communicated Compensation plan goals or changes to sales.
• Implemented, designed, and QA tested Varicent/Cognos ICM compensation plan system.
• Designed and created Varicent ICM Presenter reports/WebForm/Work flow manager Worked on Inquiry/Signoff process
• Discovery dashboard experience
• Created and maintained Varicent/Cognos ICM calculations for Sales Compensation plans while creating new calculations for upcoming fiscal year plans
• COTS products expertise
