Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership to implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and performance optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues, including accommodations, investigations, and sensitive employee matters.
- Support the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring for a variety of roles, with a focus on attracting top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage HR processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in HR, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish required).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proficiency with HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM certification preferred).
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
