CSI is hiring an Insurance Sales Specialist in Jacksonville, FL


Job Details:

  • Title: Insurance Sales Representative
  • Location: Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL
  • Salary: $40-50k + commission and bonuses (monthly/quarterly)


An active license is not required, but we are looking for someone with insurance sales experience


As the Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

  • Generate new sales, retain existing Members, and grow VIA's overall book of business through our multiple product offerings.
  • Sells and cross-sells Personal and Commercial insurance via telephone, internet, and email with a focus on rounding out existing accounts and ensures all solutions and quotes follow VIA’s established guidelines.
  • Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the brand.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Solid knowledge of processes, methods, and workflow procedures in insurance.
  • Sales aptitude with resilience to overcome objectives.
  • Competitive spirit with a desire to win and grow.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and professionally interact positively and courteously within the Member, organization or with vendors.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with strong skills and ability to engage with others, asks appropriate questions to meet objectives, and clearly and concisely communicates when sharing with others.
  • Display flexibility, initiative, attention to detail/accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment within responsibilities and seeks guidance as appropriate.


Education & Experience

  • Personal lines experience.
  • Commercial experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of insurance-related experience required.
