Location: Duluth, GA

Pay: $22 - $27 per hour

Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their team. 

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of benefits programs, including medical, pharmacy, vision, dental, LTD, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and life insurance
  • Ensuring timely payment of monthly premiums and handling reimbursement procedures
  • Coordinating and managing employee enrollments and eligibility determinations
  • Maintaining up-to-date and confidential employee records and files
  • Documenting and maintaining administrative procedures for assigned benefit processes

Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • A solid understanding of employee benefits, including COBRA
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills (oral and written)
