  • Facilitate planning activities from the longer-term, strategic Roadmaps to the shorter-term, tactical Release Plans and Sprint Plans.
  • Promote and ensure cross-team collaboration with external teams.
  • Help establish and promote adherence to strong technical practices, release management standards, and Agile principles and practices.
  • Ensure contractual deliverables – such as task schedules, roadmaps, communication plans, risk registers, and executive briefs – are delivered in a timely and high-quality manner.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Experience supporting the development of Product Owner artifacts, including Goals, Roadmaps, and a Product backlog.
  • Ability to work across a variety of individuals, teams, and levels of seniority, whether it be supporting an individual team member with a challenge, helping a team with planning, or presenting to executives.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Additional Agile certifications a bonus (CSM, CSPO, or equivalents).
  • Previous hands-on technical experience, specifically with networking both on premises and in the cloud.
