What you should know:

The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of our team, and you will use your knowledge and expertise to assist employees and supervisors with the basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures. You will provide administrative support and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. If you enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume workday, this is an excellent opportunity for you


What you will do:

• Serve as the first point of contact- answering phone calls, providing basic information to employees and supervisors, and routing more complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist.

• Maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding all employee issues and other sensitive information.

• Be skilled at asking difficult questions over the phone and acquiring necessary information to be included in investigations.

• Recommend resolutions based on the information gathered.

• Maintain accurate records and files.

• Assist with various Human Resources projects as needed.


Software Applications:


• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate skill level preferred)

• Company computer systems
