Facilities Assistant

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Monitor entrance and reception areas to ensure the security of the premises
· Control access by verifying credentials of individuals entering our buildings
· Respond to alarms and security incidents in a timely and appropriate manner
· Provide assistance to visitors and employees as needed
· Handle security surveillance tasks to ensure the safety of the facility
· Assist with mail delivery and distribution as needed
· Participate in monthly companywide safety committee meetings
· Assist Manager of Facilities with the general maintenance and repairs of our facilities, including office space, warehouse, restrooms, kitchens, lighting, parking lots, etc
· Assist with moving furniture or equipment as needed
· Other duties as assigned.
