What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the center of the action, managing multiple projects each month and taking the lead in creating exceptional workspaces. You will:

  • Lead Projects with Impact: Oversee 10-20 projects in various stages, from evaluating new spaces to setting them up for success.
  • Design and Innovate: Craft and refine floor plans, contribute to finish selections, and ensure every space is both functional and stunning.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers nationwide.
  • Manage Budgets and Approvals: Handle quotes, approvals, and payables with precision and efficiency.
  • Tackle Challenges Head-On: Solve active office issues and ensure seamless operations across all locations.
