Google Systems Administrator

Dallas, TX (Hybrid)


Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, and optimize corporate computer systems, with a focus on Google Workspace.

Manage and support Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Chat, along with other core applications.

Handle user and group management within Google Workspace, including creating, managing, and securing user accounts, assigning licenses, and setting up groups for collaboration.

Implement and enforce security and compliance practices within Google Workspace, ensuring data encryption, access controls, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Manage organization's domain within Google Workspace, including DNS settings and user authentication.

Facilitate Google Workspace deployment and migration, including the deployment of Chrome OS Flex into production environments.

Conduct troubleshooting within Google Workspace environment to identify and resolve common issues faced by users.

Provide support for various operating systems including iOS, Chrome OS, Android, Windows, and MacOS.


Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of exceptional experience in systems administration.

Strong experience with Google Workspace administration, with at least 2 years of recent and robust experience.

In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace applications and functionalities.

Familiarity with networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot network issues remotely.

Proficiency in supporting various operating systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
