Executive Assistant needed at a LI real estate company. Will provide high-level administrative support to two Executives.

Minimum of 5 years executive or legal assistant experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


* Organize and schedule meetings

* Screen, direct, and prioritize incoming calls

* Prepare correspondence, revisions, and edits to documents

* Copying, scanning, filing, and mailing/shipping

* Provide follow up on open items and deadlines

* Organize, file, and maintain documents and folders

* Provide back-up for Executive Assistant and Administration team

* Coordinate distribution of sports tickets and other administrative tasks

* Other tasks as requested

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Minimum of 5 years executive or legal assistant experience

* Experience working for corporate, commercial, and/or transactional lawyers a plus

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

* Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

* Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a plus

* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new or updated software

* Superior interpersonal skills

* NYS Notary license preferred
