You will collaborate with teams across the company to ensure clear and effective internal communications that support our mission and values. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and excellent project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Internal Communication Strategy:

Create and implement an internal communication strategy that aligns with LifeWave's brand guidelines and core values. Ensure that all internal communication materials maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.


  • Content Creation and Management:

Write, edit, and curate engaging content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and emails. Develop creative and informative materials that keep employees informed and inspired.


  • Employee Engagement:

Foster a sense of community and belonging within the organization. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including town hall meetings, workshops, and recognition programs.


  • Change Management Support:

Provide communication support during times of organizational change, ensuring that employees understand and are engaged in the transition.


  • Measurement and Reporting:

Use data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communications efforts. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a global organization is a plus.
  • A passion for health and wellness is desirable.
