Position Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and engage employees through weekly 1:1s and structured development plans to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shared Service Center, ensuring efficient service delivery to both program and retail accounts.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage daily recruitment activities and ensure recruiters are meeting program SLA’s, and recruitment activity metrics.
  • Facilitate and lead daily requisition meetings, ensuring seamless prioritization and assignment of client requisitions.
  • Identify and proactively resolve service delivery challenges to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Qualify requisitions during client calls and on-site meetings, ensuring the service center delivers on expectations.
  • Work closely with Program Managers to meet SLAs and program commitments.
  • Directly source and recruit on open positions to meet team goals and support recruitment efforts.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment projects, aligning process and delivery best practices to meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee candidate onboarding and transitions, ensuring service quality and ongoing client satisfaction.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing a recruitment or service delivery team
  • 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry with a proven track record of filling technical positions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Advanced experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred)
  • Advanced experience with VMS systems (Simplify / Beeline preferred).
