Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Full Time

Pay Rate: $16 Hr.- $18 Hr. DOE plus potential performance based monthly bonus

Location: Fort Myers

Major Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and either assist the call or triage it to the appropriate person

· Enter accurately all necessary applications and field associate information into the ATS

· Pre-screen, schedule for in-person interviews and onboard qualified applicants

· Process new hire documentation within the ATS

· Handle client and applicant matters in a timely and professional manner

· Recruit candidates for open positions

· Marketing On-Going Projects & Other Essential Tasks as Needed
