We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Python OR PHP. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of overall experience in Salesforce development and 2-3 years some experience with Python or PHP. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions while leveraging Python for integration and automation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Salesforce Solution Development:

·      Lead the design and development of robust Salesforce solutions to address business requirements.

·      Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including complex custom objects, workflows, triggers, and reports.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical designs and specifications.

·      Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and maintain high-quality standards in all development efforts.

2.    Python Development and Integration:

·      Utilize advanced Python programming skills to develop custom scripts, tools, and integrations with Llama LLM, for Gen AI functionalities.

·      Architect and implement automation solutions using Python to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

·      Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications, leveraging Python libraries and frameworks for seamless data exchange.

·      Develop and maintain APIs and web services to facilitate integration between Salesforce and other platforms.

3.    Data Management and Governance:

·      Lead data migration, transformation, and integration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and security across systems.

·      Develop data governance strategies and implement best practices for data management within Salesforce and integrated systems.

·      Collaborate with data architects and analysts to design scalable data models and optimize data workflows.

4.    Leadership and Collaboration:

·      Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in Salesforce and Python development.

·      Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

·      Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and standards.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·      8-10 years of progressive experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce and Python OR PHP technologies.

·      Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

·      Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in Django, Flask, Pandas, or other relevant frameworks. (PREFERRED)

·      Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems such as Git.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

·      Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) and Python certifications are highly desirable.
