We are looking for a program manager for the Global Sales Wearables Products team. This role will assist in planning and coordinating Global Sales Wearables new product introductions. This role involves extensive collaboration and communication across cross-functional stakeholders, executive leadership, and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution of sales programs including, new product launches, market expansion, sales incentives, and customer experience.

Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Deliver Communication Excellence: Be the communication hub across Wearables products for category, the Global Sales teams, cross-functional partners, external agencies, and executive leadership.

Organize and conduct meetings: Work with key partners to facilitate program execution and communications.

Write weekly posts and other communications: Communicate program status, change management, and key updates across all stakeholders.

Lead Cross-functional Team reviews: Drive collaborations and garner feedback, approval, and resourcing from key XFN stakeholders.

Maintain a central source of truth: Document all processes, guidance, and schedules to ensure consistency and clarity throughout the org

Drive Execution: Take new product launch planning from start to finish, including integrating workstreams, tracking schedules, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks to the sales program.

Build and maintain a comprehensive workback schedule: Establish and continuously maintain workback schedules across the various Global Sales owned workstreams.

Identify dependencies and tasks to integrate into a unified master timeline with the critical path milestones to go-live and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.

Identify risks to program, perform necessary due diligence, update plan of record documents, and socialize changes to stakeholders

Data & Insights: Ensure timely connection between Channel Strategy and key data/ insights functions to influence path forward.

Build contingency planning and prioritization plans: Proactively identify and drive contingency plans, prioritization and trade-off analysis and recommendations, and creative problem solving, and escalations when warranted

Coordinate Strategic Inputs: Partnering directly with the wearables Channel Planning Lead, gather inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, define requirements, gain approval, and remove roadblocks to document a results-driven strategy.

Lead Operational Coordination: Working across finance, operations, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational compliance of new product launches, market expansion, sales incentives, and customer experiences & personalization.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience in Consumer Electronics

Strong / solid project or program management experience

Strategic Doer (can execute with excellence, but also has a strategic mindset to be able to change direction based on new information)

Experience with partners (retail, telco) and direct-to-consumer models

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in hardware business

Experience in executing sales/marketing programs with first- or third-party retailers

Experience in using program management tools such as Asana

Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale

Experience in working across cultures in a diverse work environment

Experience in working with excel or similar tools to perform quantitative analysis

Experience in channel and partner management operations

Experience with product launches and managed the process before

Soft Skills:

A problem solver with a track record of driving product launches, program performance and efficiency improvements across teams during period of growth

Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with little guidance

Ability to clearly communicate, work across cultures, influence stakeholders without authority (strong communication is key – verbal and written)

Ability to execute with strategic mindset

Educational Requirement:

B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field
