Responsibilities
- Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various strategies to grow an existing portfolio of policyholders
- Collaborate and recruit new partnerships to develop insurance strategies that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance and profitability needs
- Represent GC in meetings, communicating with existing and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs for specific insurance products and services
- Increase user base and program conversion, resulting in increased polices in-force
- Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary sales reports to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
Qualifications
- Active P&C license
- In-office work (Los Angeles) - a minimum of 3 days per week
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to learn and understand the renters insurance industry as a whole
- Working knowledge of sales lead software, preferably Salesforce
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or GSuite, are required
