Job Title: Mailroom & Facilities Clerk

Location: Gardena, CA

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour (Temp to Hire)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Mailroom & Facilities Clerk to support our client's corporate headquarters. This role focuses on shipping, receiving, and general facilities management. The ideal candidate will be proficient with FedEx and other shipping platforms, bilingual in English/Spanish, and highly detail-oriented.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipping/receiving of letters and packages (domestic/international) via FedEx and other platforms, including processing customs paperwork.
  • Distribute packages efficiently, communicate tracking info, and maintain packaging supplies.
  • Support facilities maintenance: restock supplies, coordinate office desk moves, and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Expertise with FedEx and shipping platforms.
  • Effective communicator at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
  • Punctual, communicative, and positive attitude.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in mailroom operations or shipping/receiving.
  • Proficient in FedEx platform and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
