Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Mailroom & Facilities Clerk to support our client's corporate headquarters. This role focuses on shipping, receiving, and general facilities management. The ideal candidate will be proficient with FedEx and other shipping platforms, bilingual in English/Spanish, and highly detail-oriented.


Proficiency with email platform Microsoft Outlook and shipping platform FedEx is a PLUS 📦🛠️


🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Shipping & receiving 📦

✅ General facilities management 🏢

✅ Ensuring smooth daily operations 🔄


Ideal Candidate Traits:

✔️ Expertise with FedEx and shipping platforms 🚚

✔️ Strong communicator at all levels, including the C-suite 💬

✔️ Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently ⏱️

✔️ Punctual, communicative, and a positive attitude 😊


Required Qualifications:

🔹 3+ years of experience in mailroom operations or shipping/receiving 📬

🔹 Proficient in FedEx platform and Microsoft Outlook 💻

🔹 Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

🔹 Experience with FedEx software is a plus 🖥️
