We're looking for a passionate, versatile Social Media Coordinator to join the Centered Marketing Group team based in Fresno, California. 


Job Overview:


The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing our clients' social media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of social media trends, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other marketing team members to produce engaging content. This role requires creativity, time management skills, and the ability to analyze data to improve engagement and growth.



As a Social Media Coordinator, you will…


  • Assist with content creation (shot lists, posting calendars, content development)
  • Schedule compelling social media posts (text, images, and videos)
  • Onboard new retainer clients as assigned
  • Track deliverables and deadlines for clients
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty
  • Act as the primary point of contact and develop a trusted relationship with clients
  • Report to account director weekly on status, goals, struggles, etc., of clients
  • Fulfill maximum retainer hours each month according to the client agreement
  • Strategize, connect, and build close and honest relationships with teammates
  • Create comprehensive quarterly marketing plans for each client to be reviewed no less than two weeks before the start of each quarter
  • Compile and present analytic reports for each client’s social efforts – identifying strengths and areas for improvement
  • Identify possible advertising opportunities for each client as a pathway to increasing their existing retainer and strengthening the client-agency relationship
  • Meet monthly with the Art and Media Departments to review analytics and ensure team is on track with each client’s marketing plan

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment 
  • Personable, professional and positive problem solving and communication skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple small- and large-scale projects and retainers
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, Google Ads, and Google Docs
