Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project or other project management tools). As well as engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing engineering projects and overseeing plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards
  • This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality projects aligned with organizational goals
  • Optimize production processes, implement new/innovative technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
