Project Engineer

We are a growing Manufacturing Company looking to bring on a Project Engineer to join our growing team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with a experience overseeing plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in engineering roles within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project or other project management tools). As well as engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing engineering projects and overseeing plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality projects aligned with organizational goals
- Optimize production processes, implement new/innovative technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
