Position: Full-Time Office Manager working on-site at our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters.

Job Description: The office manager will work alongside the firm's Chief Financial Officer to support the lawyers, legal assistants, and administrative employees in serving our clients. You will report directly to the firm's managing shareholder. Although based in Jacksonville, you will be responsible for operations in all seven offices.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise receptionists and file clerks.
  • Assist in hiring new team members and onboarding hires.
  • Assist CFO in HR compliance. (e.g., job posters, benefit enrollment).
  • Ensure all offices are properly stocked with supplies. Shop and order supplies.
  • Plan and manage firm events.
  • Support team members.
  • Solicit vendor bids and assist in the negotiation of contracts.
  • Ensure all offices are properly maintained, including oversight janitorial services, painters, plumbers, and other trades associated with building operations.
  • Provide general administrative and management support as required.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
  • Basic accounting skills.
