The Content Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping and communicating the brand’s narrative, positioning the company as an industry leader while fostering deep connections with its audiences. This role is responsible for leading and implementing a content strategy that brings the brand to life through authentic storytelling, humanizing its impact, and connecting with B2C and B2B audiences. The manager will oversee content creation and distribution across digital platforms, sales channels, industry events, podcasts, and more. With a focus on both strategy and execution, the Content Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent messaging and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Additional Details:

  • Design and implement a content marketing strategy that humanizes the brand, tells its story, and aligns with business objectives, supported by a detailed multi-channel editorial calendar.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight the company’s values, mission, and impact on customers and the industry, ensuring the brand feels personal and relatable to its audiences.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and event-related content to support customer growth and retention.
  • Analyze content performance using engagement, conversion, and other metrics to continuously refine and improve content strategies.
  • Oversee external content providers, ensuring all outputs align with brand voice and quality standards; manage contracts and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Strong storytelling and narrative development capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to brand alignment.
  • Proficiency in growing organic website traffic and search optimization,
  • Expertise in project and content planning tools.
  • Familiarity with content creation platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of content marketing strategy and digital marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, engagement tactics, and content performance analysis.
  • Experience in creating and distributing content across multi-channel platform.
  • 7+ years in content marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute storytelling-driven content strategies,
  • Experience managing editorial projects and workflows.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
