Support procurement setup questions from Sales, Solution Providers, and Customers Provide efficient assistance to Client customers on various issues and questions related to Vendor setup Complete various vendor forms on different platforms/mediums, with attention to detail, to comply with Client policies Complete complex vendor forms Liaison with teams throughout Client to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information needed to add Client as a vendor Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates on progress Act as a change agent for critical organizational transitions. Drive positive change essential for the success of the function Work with key stakeholders and initiate action to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes Be a key contact for Sales to solve issues coming from the daily work while suggesting training to cover knowledge gaps Respond to and resolve internal inquiries about applicable business systems and operations Deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiencesBusiness Acumen:
Leverage reporting and data for solution recommendation (ability to influence with data) Ability to collaborate with various groups within Client Desire to review processes and drive optimization and innovation Manage information from multiple parallel work streams and integrate key details into our standard processes Effectively deliver presentations and training in person and remotely to maximize material retention- **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
