Please note that as we are a small, solo practice transitioning toward a group model, health benefits are not yet available. However, we provide competitive compensation and several supportive perks:


W-2 Employee position, with hourly rates between $44-$79/session (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do:


Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the practice owner, sharing insights and strategies to help shape and grow our practice.


Develop & Thrive: Access ongoing professional development, including specialized training, to enhance your skills and support your professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:


Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology. Associate license is also acceptable.

Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Preference for candidates with experience in couples, adolescents, and/or trauma therapy.


Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.

Pioneering Spirit: Ability to work independently within a small, growing practice and to embrace the unique opportunity of being an early member to join a solo therapist in building a thriving team.
