Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • The Process Excellence Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple, concurrent development initiatives and plays a critical role in requirements gathering sessions, documenting test scenarios, user acceptance test cases/test plans and liaising with stakeholders in the risk, compliance, legal, business and technology areas.

  • The Process Excellence Senior Analyst will work with product area team members globally to develop an expert understanding of the business processes and solutions they will support, and will provide advice on appropriate methods, tools and processes to complete the required activities.

  • Developing deep domain expertise and understanding through work on these initiatives

  • Working closely with the manager to understand and drive alignment on the business strategy, goals, and objectives

  • Delivering business results and value to the stakeholder groups define specific and measurable objectives for the assigned stakeholders and measure results

  • Solving complex problems by identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.

  • Serving as the voice of the stakeholder - representing needs and requirements to ensure they are well-understood and integrated into the team s work

  • Overseeing deliverables prioritizing work through a well-organized backlog of work intake, and clearly communicating priorities, progress, and achievements

  • Communicating skills to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Supporting and enabling the appropriate delivery partners in the product area(s) to get work done - regularly engaging with the product area(s) to offer feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements

  • Working with Quality Assurance and business teams to ensure adequate test coverage of system changes/enhancements and ensure requirements are being met

  • Creating project documentation including current/future state diagrams, process flows, business requirements, test cases and issue tracking

  • Triaging any defects identified by the businesses, as needed

The Team

The Process Excellence Senior Analyst is a results-oriented, team player with great interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively across departments and teams. This person will ensure each initiative is heading toward the overall future state, in line with vision and stakeholders. They understand delivery of business value at the product area level; change course based on feedback and changing consumer landscape. They serve as an advocate and subject matter expert for their assigned business area(s), working with stakeholders, business partners, and leadership to align solution delivery plans to business strategy and objectives. They actively reach out to the broader organization, clearly communicating on the vision and progress of the work. At the \u201Cinitiative\u201D level, they own short to medium-term planning for current and future Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). They ruthlessly search for ways to improve business process and team efficiency.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
