The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in the software industry.
•Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
•Experience reporting through Snowflake and Power BI.
•Experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
