Superintendent - Water/Wastewater, WWTP

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee water/wastewater construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water/wastewater construction projects.
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues as they arise.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) and water systems.
- Experience with material scheduling and crew management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
