Job Description:

  • Partner and align with internal teams (i.e. Sourcing, Finance, Legal, HR), telecom carriers, and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmaps
  • Core competency in Wireless Mobility Services (i.e. Mobile phones/tablets, plans, features and technical knowledge)
  • Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and services
  • Write knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility services
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needs
  • Serve as an escalation point for customers
  • Analyze and implement efficient IT process
  • Gather feedback from end users to continue process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiatives
  • Accountable for providing accurate project estimates, tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globally
  • Keep abreast of technological trends and developments


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirements
  • Proven experience as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
  • Work will include managing the ticket queue in ServiceNow
  • Updating & maintaining knowledge-based articles
  • Actioning telecom requests (carrier changes, line transfers, etc.)
  • Working with telecom vendor partner(s) to review optimization reports & make recommendations
  • RTI (return to inventory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of system database and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to build presentation deck, think strategically and communicate to a large audience
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior leadership and vendors
  • Collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and proactive planning
