If so, Homery is looking for you to join our team as a Project Manager As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that our processes align with our business goals. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience using Odoo, strong Excel skills, and an innate ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at One Stop Management, you will:
Project Coordination:
- Plan, manage, and oversee cross-functional projects to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Define project goals, milestones, and timelines, and manage resources to achieve them.
- Regularly communicate with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to report on progress and address roadblocks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Office Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This includes creating professional documents, managing data with spreadsheets, designing presentations, and effectively communicating via email.
Folder Organization
- Effective Folder Organization: Skilled in organizing digital files and folders systematically to enhance accessibility and efficiency. This includes creating a logical structure for documents, ensuring easy retrieval, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
Planner Utilization
- Microsoft Planner: Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Planner to manage projects and tasks collaboratively. This includes creating and assigning tasks, tracking progress, and generating reports to monitor team performance. Microsoft Planner allows for effective collaboration within teams, making it easier to see project statuses and individual assignments.
- Project Management: Leverage Planner to build comprehensive project plans, ensuring that all team members are aligned and aware of their responsibilities. This tool enhances productivity by providing a clear overview of tasks and deadlines.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Use advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas, to create, analyze, and maintain reports.
- Use data to track project performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Develop dashboards and templates to improve reporting and visibility into progress.
Process Optimization and Improvement:
- Assess current processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement new workflows and procedures to improve productivity and scalability.
- Continuously monitor processes and provide recommendations for further enhancements.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact between leadership and team members, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Ensure clear expectations and deliverables are communicated across all teams.
- Host regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and celebrate milestones.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a professional who brings a strong mix of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience with Odoo:
- Hands-on experience using Odoo for project management, CRM, ERP, or related functions.
- The ability to configure, customize, and maximize the use of Odoo to meet business needs.
Strong Excel Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and data analysis.
- Comfort working with large datasets and creating visual reports to support decision-making.
Exceptional Organizational Skills:
- A natural ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Process-Oriented Mindset:
- Passion for analyzing workflows and creating new processes that drive efficiency.
- A desire to continually improve systems and make data-driven decisions.
Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and leadership.
