Sales Support Professional

Required Education:
Bachelor’s (BS/BA) achieved from an accredited university/collegeKnowledge/Experience:
Demonstrated ability to remain organized and multitask while managing a high volume of requests Excellent written and oral communication skills Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel required Experience working with PowerApps and/or Power BI Experience working with SAP and/or Oracle Sales Cloud a plus Database administration, data maintenance, and data entry experienceSales Support Professional Responsibilities:
Supporting multiple departments within Client sales and service with the creation and maintenance of customer and field personnel accounts Working in SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS PowerApps simultaneously to monitor and respond to requests Ensuring data integrity by validating requests for accuracy, identifying/preventing instances of data duplication and following company protocols and business-specific guidelines Closely monitoring activity performed by department RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intervening as needed Periodically providing after-hours support, including some weekends, especially for financial quarter close events Approximately 10% travel required- **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
