About the Role:

We are seeking 2 highly skilled and motivated E2E Project Schedulers (EPS) to join our team in managing mission-critical data center projects. As the Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules in alignment with industry best practices, ensuring comprehensive project scope coverage from inception to closeout. The EPS will work closely with general contractors (GCs) and internal cross-functional teams to facilitate scheduling, performance monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:Conceptual Schedules

  • Develop and maintain preliminary conceptual schedules in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) coding guidelines, proactively communicating with GCs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to include all project scopes.
  • Create and refine summary schedules that capture all project phases.
  • Facilitate regular interactive planning sessions with key stakeholders to review, update, and align schedules.
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of schedule templates for consistency across projects and regions.
  • Assist in the development of early-stage schedule milestones (IMS/MMS/PBS/PSE) and provide optimization suggestions based on similar inflight projects.





GC and Baseline Schedules

  • Collaborate with GCs to create fully integrated baseline schedules that meet contract requirements and industry standards.
  • Facilitate discussions with contractors to ensure understanding and compliance with specifications, addressing variances and recommending solutions as needed.
  • Review and address critical and near-critical paths, peak activity/resource periods, and alignment of progress tracking with subcontractors.
  • Integrate detailed commissioning schedules into baseline schedules and ensure timely review and acceptance by stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor GC compliance with CPM specifications and audit schedule quality and accuracy, implementing continuous improvements as necessary.





Schedule Reporting/Execution Support

  • Lead weekly meetings with GCs to review schedule performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Track progress of all project activities, analyze critical paths, and measure deviations from the baseline schedule.
  • Monitor procurement progress for owner-furnished equipment (OFE) and assess impacts from deviations to the project’s procurement plan.
  • Provide bi-weekly schedule analysis, forecasting project completion dates, and assessing cost implications and risks.
  • Manage and sign off on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedule updates, providing independent analysis and change recommendations where needed.





Schedule Analysis

  • Regularly analyze the project schedule, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract specifications and industry best practices.
  • Review contractor compliance with GMP contract specifications for cost and schedule management, approving exceptions or deviations as needed.
  • Support supply scenario analysis (SSA) and "what-if" scenario planning to assist with program-level decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Client, PM, GC team, etc.) to provide timely schedule updates, risk analysis, and performance reporting.





Key Deliverables:

  • Bi-weekly schedule narratives and analysis.
  • Procurement and milestone reports.
  • Earned value, program, and project-specific reports (e.g., QBR, Executive Summary).
  • Comprehensive schedule tracking, monitoring, and updates in accordance with defined project processes and templates.





Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction scheduling experience, ideally with mission-critical/data center projects or critical environments such as hospitals or casinos.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling software and familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and other project scheduling methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience facilitating planning sessions and working collaboratively with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports.
