Data Center Decommissioning Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Decommissioning Project Manager to join our team at RightWorks Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the decommissioning of our data centers, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and manage inventory of equipment and assets
- Develop and implement a comprehensive decommissioning plan, including mapping dependencies and timelines
- Oversee the removal and disposal of equipment and data sanitization
- Lead a team of project managers remotely, as needed
- Pricing and budgeting for decommissioning projects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in data center decommissioning projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
